Despite getting lost and showing up 1/2 hr. late, they graciously kept my appointment. The receptionists were understanding and courteous, and my therapist Cat was extremely accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend Dr. Mastella and The Hand Center in Glastonbury, and their other offices as well, which I have also visited.

Dr. Mastella is a great surgeon. He has fixed numerous hand issues for me. he is kind and compassionate and makes you feel at ease. I recommend him!

This is my second attempt at an appointment with this Doctor, the first appointment I waited over an hour in the waiting room, finally told the receptionist notate I attended the appointment at the scheduled time and that I was leaving and asked if they were to reschedule me to please do when they could actually take me in within a reasonable wait time,I then walked out! Now I'm here again at the scheduled time it's been 20 minutes so again I'm walking out! Very poor scheduling methods!
