I've been going to high grade propane for years to fill up my 20 lb tanks that we use for various heating applications. I've had nothing but good things to say about these guys. Everybody is always very friendly and helpful. The prices are excellent. As for some of the other reviews I see on here, I'm really not sure what that's about, but you know how people are, they don't go out of their way to write anything unless it's negative. Ive never had a bad experience. Thank you again.

Sandy is Always, Always rude when you call, was told in the past to call when at tank is at 10% , just called and was told to call when at 30%-I disagreed with that and said they had told me in the past to call at 10! I said I'm not going to argue with you -she hung up on me! Am I getting my delivery? Any one know who owns this company? They need new people representing the company!
I initially went to HGGS based upon a referral from a friend. My initial phone call was with Paul who spent over 20 minutes on the phone answering any questions that I had. I have now been working with this company for almost a year. They are upfront, honest, and on time which is very hard to find in the LP gas business. Thank you High Grade!
We went with them at my place of employment and after being billed twice and between two of our properties which are 2 miles apart I noticed they were charging us $1.10 difference a gallon for the same account and company. I then tried to talk to someone and I'm going on 2 1/2 weeks getting the run around with no calls back. They have the worst customer service I've ever encounter. We will not be continuing with this company. Also read any contract they give you. They try to lock you in to crazy terms. And I guarantee you can find another company to do any propane installs or piping cheaper than them. I had got another quote and it was half the price.
