There is one extremely rude secretary if you can even call her that who doesn't write prescriptions correctly THEN blames the patient. Mental health is a serious thing one would think a doctors office could be more understanding. No after making me drive from Enfield to stafford twice in 2 hours only to laugh at me when I came back and blame me infront of the waiting room full of people. I left crying and will never be back.
