Horrible customer service. Constant problems with our carrier and now I had a weather sensitive package marked as delivered in/at mailbox but it wasn't there! I checked the tracking information and address to make sure there were no errors on my part. Then tried to call and nobody answered. Decided to go to the usps website to file a help request but the link doesn't work. HIGHLY disappointing. Itd be nice if someone would simply pick up the phone and do their job correctly.
Ok this post office is amazing! There was a mail mix-up (very similar addresses) and they actually went to the other address, found it, and delivered it to me! They really care about their customers. Thank you!
This may be an odd thing to review, but this post office is MY FAVORITE IN FARGO. It's open until 6, staff is SO NICE, and it has a self-help machine so you don't have to go to the counter if the line is long.
This is my favorite Post Office in the Fargo area. It's the furthest from my house, but I make the trip anyway because the staff are so kind and knowledgeable!nI had to get my passport done twice this year (name change) and they were on time with my appointments and helpful with what documents needed to be filled out.nToday there was an angry customer yelling at the worker. The worker stayed calm and assisted her in a professional way. After the customer left, the worker continued to stay friendly for the rest of the customers, even though she was stressed from the last one yelling at her. (Customer was mad about prices and the long line-neither in which the staff can prevent.)nBy far the best USPS in the area with great staff!!
They refuse to deliver my mail because i give them there junk mail back that they flood my mail box with daily maybe dont flood my mailbox with your junk?
