We’ve been with this agency for a few years now after a new home purchase in 2017. I primarily work with Todd O’Keefe who’s wonderful. Always responsive and works with the customer’s best interest in mind. We recently had a problem with our car insurance provider that led to a cancellation (through no fault of ours in our opinion of course!). Todd did his best to get that company to retain us and when they wouldn’t, right away, he got us a new quote from a company that we were more than happy to switch to! I let him know we wanted to move forward and within minutes I had an email from the new insurance company welcoming us as new customers. I couldn’t have had an easier time navigating what could have been a nightmare! I highly recommend Todd and Eastern Insurance.

I really enjoy working with Todd! He is a wealth of information, knowledgeable about both the insurance industry and the community he serves. You'd be hard-pressed to find someone who works harder to protect the belongings and livelihoods of those around him.

I have been a client of Eastern Insurance for several years. I have ben extremely happy with their attentive professional service . It seems they constantly review my account and find less expensive AAA insurance. I switched from a national chain just for this reason - prompt personal service.
