Stopped by to check out the adjustable bases for our mattress. Joshua, our salesman, was very helpful and answered all my questions and was able to price match the online Black Friday price since apparently it wasn’t an option in store for some reason. The delivery date is this coming Monday which is really fast and I definitely appreciated the speed that we were able to facilitate delivery. Overall, unless there are issues with the delivery and set up on Monday, I’m very happy with my experience here and would definitely come back to this location for future mattress needs.
Very professional and sincere customer service. I went initially to help a friend of mine buy a mattress. The Mattress Firm employee Drew Basinet helped my friend choose the mattress to suit his needs. He took in account of his specific sleeping style with his selection as well as my friends preference when it came to how firm the mattress should be. Impressed me so much it made me want to buy one of their high quality pillows. He then proceeded through the same process with my selection as well and I've been sleeping great since. I'll be sure to be a returning customer and recommend this company to my friends!

Louis was the best we could ask for! Smooth process, not rushed at all and we walked out with a receipt for the exact bed we were looking for! Highly reccomend.
We had the best experience we’ve ever had buying beds. Dale was incredibly helpful and worked with us to find just what we were looking for. If you need a new bed, this is the place. If you want particularly friendly and accommodating service, definitely ask for Dale!
