Brought kids for wellness visit, added other charges that were asked for and were not covered by insurance without asking. Be careful if you come here and think wellness visit will be fully covered.

I have used this office for about 18 years and am currently! I had two very medically fragile children, the staff and doctors were always compassionate and accommodating when it came to their care! I got appointments on the same day and my phone calls were always taken or returned in a timely matter! Due to the fragility of my children, they both required home nursing and one was on hospice! The paperwork was overwhelming as a parent. This office went above and beyond by helping me keep my nurses’ orders and prescriptions organized and up to date, My children and I were always treated with respect and kindness. I always had a million questions that were answered with patience, I never felt rushed at their appointments. Unfortunately, my two children have passed and my older daughter has aged out of the practice. We did however, adopt a newborn in 2012, without any hesitation I put this office down as my son’s pediatrician! Again they were extremely helpful with my paperwork and welcomed my son with open arms! My adopted son had RSV while he were fostering him, this office was able to diagnose him early enough that we avoided the hospital and treated him at home. My son is currently 7 years old and thriving! I would recommend this office, we have been given such wonderful treatment throughout my children’s lives!

I have been taken my kids to Dr.Ram’s office for many many years.They ALWAYS take care of my sick kids.My kids gets excited every time they go to the office. The best thing about this place is that they always have appointments available the same day and will never tell you to go to the E.R or Minute Clinic unless it’s an emergency. I love the staff always smiling, very professional and super friendly. I would definitely recommend this pediatrician’s office a place where every race is welcome with respect/ excellent quality of care and we are blessed to have Dr.Ram’s office in town where my kids feel like “FAMILY”

I absolutely love Dr. Ram's office. I have been coming to this office since I was a child. They always took great care of me and my family. I knew they were the perfect place to take my son after he was born. They are all so very friendly and always happy to see my son even when he is sick. When I need an appointment last minute, they always find time that same day to see us and make sure my son is healthy. They are so full of love, and compassion to anyone who walks through the door. I couldn't recommend a better place to bring children.

I love Dr.Ram’s office especially the staff they always go above and beyond to take care of my kids. The staff is always super friendly, professional, kind and helpful and will always make sure to see my kids for sick appointments the same day. I would definitely recommend this place.
