Love this store. They must have a bunch of theft. I always feel like they eye me as a suspect in there. Idk its weird to be watched like that. I have plenty of moneys guys. I'll order online.

I am usually a very understanding person. I have worked retail and I understand how dull and redundant the work is. I visited twice within the week and got the same treatment I am obviously looking for body jewelry, no one else in the store and I got absolutely no acknowledgement. NONE. Bare minimum, a greeting is nice. Both times I visited, I didn't even get a hello. The jewelry I was looking at was right by the counter. I walked by these two ladies chatting and wasnt acknowledged I spent about 20 minutes in the store and I found some jewelry that I wanted to see but because of the lack of customer service, I left. I went twice because maybe my first time was a fluke. Both times had different girls acting like I didnt exist. They were not there doing their jobs. I get it customer service sucks. But even so greet me and then get back to ignoring me and talking with your friend. I will never go back to that store.
