Almost Famous Body Piercing

Cute lil gal was keeping the fort down alone on her 5th day, being sure to follow covid protocol before letting us enter the store, phones ringing off the hook, and she handled it like a pro. Way to go girl! Thanks for all your assistance...

The staff is very friendly and I had a great experience when I got my nose pierced, however, every time I come back to get a change out, they are either booked out or the line is too long. I’ve been there twice in the last two days and wasn’t able to do anything. They need to require appointments or figure something else out. I live about an hour away and don’t want to keep driving back to Fargo for nothing.

Crooked Septum peircing, lack of professionalism, lack of problem solving skills as well as quality customer service by management. As a seasoned store manager and artist I hope they will train employees better to fix and correctly service individuals to a higher standard of quality.nI will be requesting my money returned and I will have to redo the service with a trained professional for a better outcome. Please do your research. Also the location does not allow cute or nice jewelry to be purchased right away which other places absolutely do as long as it suites the peicing, this is a ploy to increase sales vs allowing a happier customer. Sadly.

I called before I came in and asked if they are still doing Tongue piercings and if it was walk in. They said yes that it was walk in and they are doing piercings. I got there 30 minutes later and they had a sign saying they were not doing anymore piercings that day despite being open for 6 more hours. They told me to come back the next day (which was Labor Day) at 10. We get there and it didn’t open till 11, so we waited. And then they said that the didn’t have anyone doing piercings that day even though they said they would. About 3 other customers were there waiting and was told the same thing. That they could come in that day and they would get their piercings.

Went in to get my naval pierced by Brittany during her training on the 12th, was very pleased with her work! She was very quick and did it within 15 minutes and it barely bled the next morning! She was very thorough explaining aftercare. 5/5, would let her legally stab me again!
