From the start, Samantha and the rest of the staff were more than happy to help us pick out the perfect engagement ring. There was no pressure, and they respect your budget! I found the perfect ring and the pricing was far more reasonable than other competitors in the area. Due to time constraints, they worked with me to ensure it was built and complete before the big day. Samantha made the process extremely smooth, and was very responsive to emails and calls. 10/10 would recommend for the best quality, service, and pricing!
Staff have always been patient and knowledgeable as we asked to see things, try on watches, etc. The have a wonderful selection of watches- especially Rolex. I bought a beautiful watch yesterday after coming in countless times to see their selection. I never felt pressured to purchase before I was ready. Thanks Sam for letting us geek out over the watches when we come in!

I received great service when I took my watch in to have the battery replaced. When they told me they were unable to re-attach the back of the battery, they offered to send it to their Sioux City location to be repaired and did not charge me. I had the watch back within a week. Very speedy service.
I had a wonderful experience at Gunderson's! I told the person who was working with that I was looking for studs and a replacement chain. They showed me a couple of options for each and gave me honest facts and opinions. Loved what I walked away with and would definitely recommend shopping here!
