I found the perfect ring and the pricing was far more reasonable than other competitors in the area. Due to time constraints, they worked with me to ensure it was built and complete before the big day. Staff have always been patient and knowledgeable as we asked to see things, try on watches, etc. The have a wonderful selection of watches- especially Rolex. I bought a beautiful watch yesterday after coming in countless times to see their selection. I never felt pressured to purchase before I was ready. I received great service when I took my watch in to have the battery replaced. When they told me they were unable to re-attach the back of the battery, they offered to send it to their Sioux City location to be repaired and did not charge me. I had the watch back within a week. Very speedy service.
