Professional. And very helpful.
Although I have never met them in person they have always been very helpful on the phone.
They are so kind and helpful, and I get great coverage for a very reasonable price.
Terrible experience with this company! Since day one if I was a couple days late, they were calling me and wanting 2 months in advance. Felt like I was being harassed. I was late a few days( I never went past a month) and they cancelled me with no warning and I didn't even know! They are polite but I believe they are not true to customers, not willing to help out and go that extra mile to help customers and making them feel good instead of putting extra charges and threatening to drop you if your a few days late, poor customer service and I switched companies and got a better price and I pray I don't have to put up with all the stress just to have car insurance ever again. I've had car insurance since the age of 14 and never ever had to go through this kind of stress and I did not handle it well either. I would not recommend this agency to nobody. A lot of undue stress which I can live without!! I hope this agency learns how to work with customers instead of putting you out there without insurance when you think you are covered! NEVER AGAIN!!
We love Lakin and her team! She’s always willing to go out of her way to help us out, and has done so on multiple occasions. When the city changed the flood zones, the back foot or two of our garage (which is elevated 3 feet off the ground!) was marked as in the flood zone, and the city was trying to force us to get flood protection on our entire house (not just the garage). Lakin went above and beyond to dispute the city, and ended up winning for us! We couldn’t be more happy to have found her and her team. Thank you Lakin!
