Rude and could not be bothered to assist a senior citizen who was trying to check some prescriptions that their out of state doctor had faxed to them as the senior had relocated and their prescription - to top it off the CVS person told the senior they were not comfortable filling the script - perhaps they should choose another field of work. SHAME ON CVS! After calling the national CVS Caremark the senior was assisted by a customer service person who went above & beyond to help them out and provided information where they could file a complaint.
I'm very displeased with the pharmacy I was on hold for over 15 minutes without speaking to any pharmacist.
