Cant say impressed because one can never get through the automated call system. Routed around multiple times to no satisfaction. So one has to wonder why the high rating. Plus the automated voice system has probably the worst speaker heard. Put on hold, sent to wrong dept.

Great staff and very engaged. Take much more time to listen and consider the problem than most doctors I've been to.
