Unfortunately, JR Remodeling, though very nice people, did not demonstrate good oversight in ensuring my window installation was satisfactory. Their install subcontractor did excellent work installing the windows (Marvin) but their staining subcontractor did a very poor job staining the windows and the window casing was horrible. I didn't want the casing even installed but JR advised to try it and if I didn't like it, it could be removed easily enough. I complied, didn't like it, could never get hold of JR again. I hired another contractor to remove the casing (entire home) and then purchased and finished new casing myself.
