Tollefson's Contract Flooring

I've given them 2 years to correct their errors and I get nothing from them. Tollefsons did all of our flooring and built a tiled shower for us in our master. The tiles in the shower ended up getting hairline cracks on 3 of the 4 different walls in about 15 tiles. It took 14 months for them to finally come out and replace the tile. I was informed at the time that the company that made that tile went out of business. I informed tollefsons that I did not want the same tile put back in because the company was out of business and I didn't want tiles that broke put back in. I was assured that Tollefsons would stand by their product if it ever broke again and that it was a fluke that they cracked in the first place. I agreed to have them replace with the same tile. Then I was informed that the tile in the shower was done. I came home to find that my niche was nowhere even close to square, it was at about a 40 degree angle for the bottom tile. and they missed 3 tiles that were still cracked. After another couple days of waiting, they came and fixed this again. Fast forward 2 months and the tile started to crack again. Some of the tiles were in the same spots and some were tiles that were not replaced before. Now I've been trying to get Tollefson's to come out and replace the shower for the last 4 months. The only response I ever get is that they are working on it with the tile manufacturer. Whatever you do. Do not use this company.

Zero stars is not an option...nnI would never use them again. We left them a floor that was down to hardwood and swept. They did a 24 x 13 room, but the invoice had carpet removal (there was none), 3 hours of floor prep (it was hardwood, swept and an empty room), and 444 square feet of carpet, plus installation.nnThey were recommended by our rental agency, we should have gone to Hope Depot and gotten free installation for about 1/3 of the price.

If I could rate them lower I would! They left my toilet in my bathtub after they replaced the vinyl. Then left my couch in the kitchen where I couldn’t even get into my refrigerator the next time they came. I was told by their company I didn’t have to move anything they would move it....apparently they are too dumb to move things back!!! Do not use them!!!!
