Great experience. Heather is a fantastic optician. She worked with me to get the right glasses to fit me for the prescription. In addition she researched options for sun glasses since a clip on was not an option for the frames. She is very thorough and came back with a recommendation - magnetized sun glasses that’s fit over the frame. She recommended colors and they are a perfect match with my new glasses. Fantastic experience- thanks much
I had the best experience I have ever had at any eye care facility.. All of the staff have great personalities. They are always willing to help all customers. I can not say thank you enough. My experience there has now set the standards for all Eye care facilities.nKeep up the great work.
Once again...nnYesterday I had an appointment for my yearly eye exam and once again I am left speechless! I can’t say enough about Doc Dempsey and his staff. They claim to be eye care specialists but in reality they treat and care for their patients and not just their eyes! They understand sometimes it’s not just the eye dictating how you see. They are the example of a true definition of a comprehensive exam and take it to a new level. Their dedication to their patient, to their education keeping up with advanced technology, to their team approach to doing what is best for you is priceless and hard to come by. Any concerns of how hard it would be to pick out new frames with the virus at play was quickly pushed to the side and not only did the specialist find 1 but 3 I loved! Why and how (and believe me I’m picky) she took the time to listen and cared!nIn addition even with the virus obstacles we are all facing, I was not surprised to see the extra steps (above and beyond) taken to make me safe. Called the office with some concerns and they were able to get me in the next day for an appointment. Dr. Sadanowicz was so kind and did a thorough exam for me. I never felt rushed out of the office either time I was there, the office staff and doctors there were so kind and really know their stuff. I can’t thank them enough for getting me in so soon and helping me.
Colchester Eye Care is doing a phenomenal job in keeping everyone safe during this pandemic. Heather made picking out new frames a fun experience. I definitely will be recommending this practice to family and friends.
