Painful process, low trust operation with a team that does not have a passion or desire to have integrity in their work. Highly regret this choice for our remodel. Did a fine job in a small room in our basement that was pretty cookie cutter but when it came to a “custom” job in our main level remodel, the work was a disaster. One step forward, three steps back literally was the theme of this project.
