The pharmacy has been excellent during the change from rite aid. Many people are upset over delays but its to be expected , they are great, and the pharmacy staff, from Rite Aid, and the newer ones take care of everything for me. They always are very helpful, and kind. I would never switch. R Julian

By far the worst pharmacy I have ever delt with. Pharmacist hung up on my when I asked why is it taking over 3 days to fill my prescription. Always long waits and no one knows what is going on. I will never go there again. Do not weast your time here.

Every time I go to get my prescription no matter the drive thru or in the store it is always a huge wait and very poor customer service.

Not a word was said to the cashier Joyce by myself before she started saying comments under her breath about me. When I finished the transaction she demanded “Never come in my line again”. My boyfriend saw tears begin to form in my eyes and asked to speak with a manager. Joyce initially refused, arguing with him, until she finally stormed off to a back room and a manager came out. The manager was kind however the situation was not resolved. I feel disgusted and shocked that a cashier would treat a customer like that. Even after leaving the store I was still in tears for 30 minutes after the incident as I was so shocked and hurt that someone would speak to me that way when I had done nothing to provoke it. I really hope that someone reaches out to the store and does something about the situation because a person like that should not be working with the public. I’ve talked to others and they know exactly which employee I’m referring to, as they’ve also experienced issues with that same person. It’s absolutely disgusting and I will be telling friends and family to avoid that Walgreens location as long as she is an employee there.
