Good selection of local and regional craft breweries. Staff is helpful and willing to offer recommendations. Excellent wine selection as well.
Favorite beer store in town, staff very helpful.
Had a very good couple of experiences here. The owners are extremely friendly and helped my fiancée and I both times quickly find what we wanted. They were cordial in providing information and even gift wrapped our wine bottles for Christmas at no extra charge during our last visit here. For a small liquor store they exceed in every measure and have a good selection; much better than would be expected. No problems finding Beaujolais nor Riesling.
Would be a better score but the incense they burn in the store are intolerable and they leave a taste on the beer cans. The fact that the product tastes like the horrid incense they burn ruins the taste and is digusting.
Cannot say enough. Package stores do not have to be big to be great as long as they have the right product. Cellar 85 proves it. Fantastic owners who stock just the right stuff. I've been to every spirit store in town and there's nowhere I'd rather spend my hard earned money. By the way, they're usually less $$$. Great wine selection in the mid price range!
