I can’t say enough good things about this place! The staff will go out of their way to assist each and every customer in the best way possible. I was on the computer and I overheard another patron ask the librarian how to use their printing services. The librarian came over to the printing station and explained how to use the service. I would recommend everyone go here! I love the Cragin library!!
Great library. The children's wing is large and well stocked with books videos and has computers for the kids to use, the adult section is also large and has a wide variety to choose from as well as a section with computers available. This library also has a area set aside for the teens which is great and they have a large selection of Manga which many teens enjoy.
Our COVID experience was great. Sanitizer and masks required. It was clean, sparse, and QUIET. Kinda felt retro...like libraries were when I was a kid in the '70s. Peaceful and enjoyable.

Excellent library- in very good (clean) shape! Very many internet/computer workstations, have never had to wait for one. A great children's area on the lower level.
