Both me and my mother found Jeremy Doyle through a friend's recommendation. Right from the beginning he was incredibly friendly, helpful, and informed. He helped to explain anything and everything about our insurance application and options that we did not understand. It took both me and my mom several weeks due to technical issues along the way, but Jeremy was always patient and never came across as frustrated with us. Especially when dealing with complicated things such as trying to apply for your own health insurance for the first time (as I was, now having my own instead of being under my parents), it is vital to have someone to talk to who can explain things in a human way. I never felt like I was frustrated talking to a company drone with a script but quite the opposite. Jeremy was empathetic, understanding, knowledgeable, and I would strongly recommend him and this company to anyone looking for assistance.nnI also think it's important to note that since I ended up qualifying for Husky, this company did not make any money from helping me. Even knowing this, Jeremy was more than willing to make a couple more calls on my behalf to double check that it would be the best option for me. Outstanding service and customer service all around from this company.

Alissa's customer service is professional and very timely. She answered all my question and made good recommendations on all aspects of coverage for my business. I had an excellent experience with Jeremy Doyle. Hands down the best customer service I have ever received was from him. He is patient, polite, professional, responsive. I would give 10 stars to him if I could. Jeremy, thank you for making this experience FAR less painful for me then I imagined. So thankful I ended up with him!!

When I turned 26 this April I knew I would be kicked off my parents insurance. I spoke with a few people about getting my own insurance and only became more confused and stressed as they were not very helpful. I feared that I would have to go at this process alone until I came across Jane Ryan Insurance Group. This is where I saw Jeremy and decided to give him a try. He was very friendly and helpful right from the get go and I felt immediately reassured. He helped me address my specific needs and went over the different plans that would meet these needs. He provided me with detailed information about each plan and helped me choose one that would be affordable with decent coverage. He was extremely patient and understanding throughout the whole process and was very pleasant to speak with. I am so grateful for his help because I now have a suitable health insurance plan and it’s like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders! I absolutely 100% recommend Jeremy to anyone who needs help finding insurance.
