They don't pumas your feet well i went specifically to have my heel worked on. I mentioned this in the beginning of the appointment. My heel was not touched at all! They said they only do the bottom of the foot. At the end of the appointment I was asked how much on card I said 35 including tax and tip. My slip was 37 and change. I wasn't happy with the service. The place was clean and not crowded. The man who does the massages is fantastic.
Loved it. Might be my new place when I move back to Connecticut. Clean. Professional, fantastic job. I will be back.
Top notch service accompanied with stellar use of caution during Covid. Extremely pleased with my visit and will happily return!
Few months ago, I would have rated this place with 5 stars. The nail technicians are great, and the Spa is very clean. However, the new owner is a problem. I have been yelled today for moving my appointment, which I did by phone, was approved for that time, and should have not caused anger. I was yelled again because I said I would call to schedule another appointment while the owner wanted me to schedule on the spot. Also, I witnessed the owner yelling at another costumer who was trying to make sure her nail would be shorter. No reason to answer the way he did. Everybody else is fine. I have been a customer at Classy Nails for about 9 years, but do not tolerate bad manners. I will give it one more try but will be out of there in a blink of an eye if it happens again (sorry Alex, I love your work). One suggestion to improve the business is for the owner not to communicate with costumer and let other people handle it.
