This store really lacks customer service skills. I’m a contractor with a pro account. I’ve been to this store numerous times. Everytime i come ask for any type of assistance it seems like the workers are always trying to pawn it off to someone else and they give off this attitude as tho I’m bothering them asking for help. I will say it’s better then montville location but i go to Home Depot’s all over the state and these 2 by far really need to get it together. I ordered custom floors. I asked for an estimated date of arrival. They couldn’t provide one and said they will call me to let me know when they come in. YEAH RIGHT!!!! I had to call them. Finally i get a manager to give me an estimated time of arrival. April 30th - May 5th. It comes and goes and no calls. I call today being the 6th of may and i call 7:40 in the am to find out my floors are there. I ask how long have they been there and “they don’t know” seems to be there favorite answer when all they have to do is look it up. Extremely upsetting.

Ok store, small purchase, so not much to evaluate, people seemed pleasant.

Always have a positive experience at the pro desk and checkout. Makes lowes look like they don't want contractors' business.
