DEFENDER Industries has EVERYTHING that a boater could possibly need ! There are lots of experienced staff on hand to direct you to what you are looking for as well as to offer helpful suggestions. Lots of wonderful merchandise not to mention a wide selection of boats !
The selection of boating items here is amazing and you can't beat the price. My only issue with this place is the costumer service. It's not always bad but when it is, it makes it hard to comeback. If I have a question it's obviously because I don't know or understand something and need help. Acting as if I should know better isn't going to answer my question or looking past me doesn't help either. I have also had some great experiences too by some very knowledgeable associates but again the bad ones have made me drive an extra 1/2hr sometimes in order to avoid them.
I had been disappointed how long it takes to get merchandise from some marine suppliers., sometimes 4-6 weeks. Then an old neighbor told me about Defender. They are my only supplier now because of their knowledge and very quick delivery. I ordered a small outboard motor on a Thursday and it arrived Saturday - how is that fast possible? If you need stuff NOW use Defender.
