Well at first the lady who works here was nice. But the older gentleman was not so much. I understand that I did not buy my glasses here. I bought them at Zenni Optical online. My frames are titanium and made of quality material. All I needed was to get the ear and nose pieces adjusted to fit. But to just push me aside because I had got them where I did is not ok. I called a few other eye doctors and they were more then willing to help. They did inform me that it was at my own risk which I completely understand, because of were I ordered them from. Definitely will not be using this place.
It was the day before Thanksgiving and I needed contact lenses. I was working and hadn't ever purchased from Walmart vision, but because of new insurance, I had to make changes, and quick because I was down to only a 5 day supply. I called and spoke to Pam, and she was exceptional. She told me to email her my prescription, gave her my information, and when I got to the store that afternoon, she had everything ready for me. She found the insurance I had, ordered them already and all I had to do was sign for them. Being in retail, I know the importance of giving a great guest experience, and Pam did exactly that and more, on Thanksgiving Eve nonetheless. My contacts arrived a few days later. Thank you Pam and keep up the great work!
Purchased a pair of glasses ($500). After wearing them for a while, they were very uncomfortable. I went in to have them adjusted...the guy working there had the personality of a wet mop. He adjusted them, I did some shopping and they were still hurting, so I went back. He huffed and said he didn't know what I wanted him to do cause they fit the way they should. I explained where they hurt and he adjusted them again. They still hurt so went back again. 3 times and he couldn't get them to not hurt and made it very clear I was annoying him by coming back. I went to my eye doctor and she replaced the nose pieces with softer ones...problem solved. No thanks to this vision center. Way over priced and poor customer service. Will never go back.
