Very prompt and professional.
Professional Eyecare LLC is an eye care facility that does it all. A professional and polite staff that is there to help from eye exams to glasses. They are not there to force you to buy glasses if you don't need them. It is the best place that I have been to so that is why I am staying with them. I would recommend them to everyone, you won't be disappointed.
I saw Dr Sanborn yesterday and he was as nice and as chipper as ever. He had definitely reviewed my chart before I got there. I don't think they can usually squeeze people in but I was running really late because of construction and they mercifully saw me anyway. I've seen a couple of different doctors at this practice and they always get my vision correction exactly right, and they have good information on anything going on with my eyes. I had an injury a long time ago that needs to be monitored and they always remember to check it and to tell me that they've checked it. They also don't make you feel poorly if you don't get glasses from them. Dr Sanborn told me the pros and cons of ordering them online. He never condescended to me about it though. I've had places do that and I won't go back to them. I've been going to this practice for several years now and it's been great. [Covid related] The office is always very clean and they are taking the standard precautions like having youcyou before they come and let you into the door and they take your temperature. 10/10, They do everything right.
My husband who is a immune suppressed heart transplant recipient had is eye exam here recently. They took extreme precautions to keep him safe during the pandemic. The care they took, was greatly appreciated! Stay Safe Everyone :)
