Got hung up on once, they don't answer their phone, never followed up with missing fax info needed from MD , after 3 weeks needed to get my pulmonary office manager involved, she was frustrated, got redirected with several names and numbers, many hours of personal time to manage the discrepancies that this company has. Absolutely unbelievable they can still be in business. Simple supplies for a c-pap machine. 4 weeks now and I'm still trying to get my supplies. 0
Customer service could be SO much better ... got there on a Monday, and no office manager/receptionist - just a tech. 3 people waiting. Not happy.
