The first thing I must say is. Do you believe that your attorney is HONEST. Whether it’s a male or female. Humbert “Bert” Polito & his firm are absolutely HONEST. I had a problem with a case & a real good friend of mine told me to speak with Bert. I spoke to Bert in Connecticut, I live in Maryland & Bert practices in Connecticut. Bert said he would see what he could due for me. The only problem is that he cannot practice in Maryland. Bert worked with me & the Insurance Company. One thing he did say was that because we couldn’t go into court they were going to play games. So that’s just what happened. Bert instructed me to make a Small Claims Court in Maryland. So that worked out. Bert is a great Attorney & HONEST. Believe me that is what you need in a Court of Law. I would hire Bert without reservation.

I am very grateful for the help I received from Mr. Harrington. He is very knowledgeable and hard working. He kept me informed and aware of the situation every step of the way. He always went out of his way to suit my schedule. He kept positive throughout the whole process even when I was feeling unsure. He truly changed my life for the better in ways I could only imagine. I will surely keep him and his firm in mind if I or my peers need him in the future.

I was injured in a work accident, I went and asked Bert Polito for help and I will tell you he is a great guy and his whole staff makes you feel welcomed and cared for. He is very welcoming and also highly professional, he knows exactly what he’s talking about, walks you through step by step, and answers any questions you could possibly have. I had a wonderful experience at Polito and Associates and I think you would to. I highly recommend this lawyer to anybody in any situation.
