Husband and I went to a Frank Webb in Waterford, Ct a while back. We never felt more uncomfortable in any showroom. No one assisted us as we walked in even though there was a woman available to help. When we finally got her attention, she acted as though we were putting her out.....not helpful at all in our search for bath products. We've remodeled many homes and have never been treated so rudely by an employee. We realize that they may want to deal exclusively with contractors and not directly with homeowners but there is no excuse!!! We took our business elsewhere. Prices were ridiculous!!
Frank Webb Home has the area's most incredible showroom. From budget yet quality fixtures to the latest luxe trends to incredible sample sales, they will match internet pricing and if you take something home you don't need/want/like, there is no restocking fee. VERY happy with my purchases and experiences here. The staff is so knowledgeable and very helpful if you come with young children in tow! The warehouse has a whole ice cream freezer and a popcorn machine. Remodeling both a bath and kitchen and their selection and expertise is unmatched.
It’s worst experience I ever had... it’s almost 2 months and still I’m waiting my orders.... it’s like a joke
If I could give NO stars I would. Nice products yes ---- basic company management is a JOKE. We paid over $1500 for WRONG items. I waited over two hours for them to search their poorly origanized warehouse for my order. The owner assured me it was all correct and what I ordered. When I got home we compared our original order to the slip we were given when we picked up. We were over charged $300 for fixtures we never even got. We contacted the store and they refused to acknowledge their mistake although we had the original order form and receipts.
