Adam was very friendly over the phone .He came and did an amazing job on our carpets. He offered a maintenance plan that way we are covered year round, which we really love because of how bad our allergies get out here. I only recommend using NYACC!!

Incredibly friendly staff. Adam showed up happy to do the job of cleaning some dirty dusty carpets and did so with excellent results. A thorough job done quickly!

Incredibly professional and punctual. We have twin, 1 year old, boys and our carpets were a disaster. Not your average carpet cleaners did such an amazing job I'm no longer considering the task of laying new carpet! I definitely recommend!! Thanks again.
