I left a bulova spaceman watch to get fixed. I returned to get it and the watch wasn’t there. I proceeded to return three more times and there was no watch. I ended up getting severely hurt and had a back operation resulting in about 8 months of rehabilitation. I was never contacted that the watch was fixed or even returned to the store. I believe the guy who fixes the watches kept it.
