My son had an appointment this morning with his pediatrician. As it currently should be, to enter the building I had to be wearing a mask, which I forgot in the other car I was driving yesterday. I called Utley and Jones pharmacy to see if they had any masks in stock. The person on the phone was pleasant and didn’t seem annoyed, even though I’m sure she answers that same question all day long. She was even kind enough to bring them out to my car so I didn’t have to go in without a mask on. Excellent customer service!!
Fast, friendly service
My family has been using this pharmacy for generations. I switched when I moved to town. There is nothing like a small, home town pharmacy.nEveryone is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I love it
Really love this pharmacy. Everything is clean and kept. You are greeted when you walk into the store but you can take you're time without being pestered like in be chains stores. Best pharmacy in Norwich.
