Dr Rose is excellent at her job. She explains things very clearly, and answers all questions with expertise. Her exams are very thorough, she takes the time necessary to get the correct diagnosis. Most importantly her and her staff are very friendly and provide excellent customer service..nI highly recommend Heartland Hearing!

First time going there, they were very helpful & timely with getting my hearing aid repaired & ordering a new one. Very friendly & attentive.nn2nd time going there my aids were cleanedn& adjusted as needed. Had a fun conversationnwith the assistant & received a plant in a coffee cup on the way out.

Rose has been very helpful in the whole process of getting my hearing aids. She worked through the hearing test, letting me decide if I needed the hearing aids. She was helpful explaining about training the brain. Once I purchased them, Rose explained how she was setting them up and that I would need several follow ups as it takes time to train the brain along with learning all of the sounds I have missed out on. Heartland Hearing is the best, very satisfied!

I was able to schedule my appointment to be seen quickly. Staff were helpful and friendly. My hearing test results were provided in an understandable way and options were discussed.
