I was super impressed with Jerry's Appliance. My oven was a bit of a lost cause, it was a challenge and somewhat puzzling to figure out what was wrong with it. Jerry's did not stop until they found the problem and fixed it. My kids were ecstatic that I could finally bake their favorite muffins again.

After having a Compressor Starter/Overload Relay blow on my refrigerator, with lots of smoke, on a Saturday, the old Kenmore was unplugged. Frozen stuff was already starting to melt, but the Big Thaw was on now!nI reached out on a Sunday night, and got an immediate response that while they (naturally) weren't able to get the part to me Sunday, that they cold Monday, and had ones on hand to do the trick.nIf I would have tried online, Wednesday would have been the earliest, and the part may not have even fit.nnThanks for being responsive!
