It took the gentleman 15 mins to enter my insurance in. I then waited 2 and a half hours and If I wouldn't have said anything to the front desk associate, I dont think I would've been seen. Tell people how long the anticipated wait is instead of just saying, there are two or three people in front of you. This will be the last time I go here.
