Just seems stagnant. If you have a walk in and out situation, that's the best bet. If you have no clue what to do. I would call first, before arriving.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Kayla from family service recommended no contact with my daughter due to my disability for a year which I feel was discrimination. This year had to consist of showing mental stability as well as providing perscriber and therapy notes. Not even phone calls? The judge agreed which I feel was poor judgement because of the fact my daughter needed intensive therapy when I was removed from her life which I feel could have been avoided had the judge at least ordered supervised visits or calls. I had previously been on supervised visits and got very good reviews. It seems as though the courthouse is conducting an investigation of my past more than my present based off of information I think they have known for a long time. They recommend reunification therapy that they expect me to pay for in order to get back in my daughters life but whose fault is it that I havent been able to communicate with her at all in that year and the time it's been since? I can assure you it's not my fault or my disabilities. One of my old perscribers wrote a report that had falsified information in which I can prove was false that was also used against me in the court of law however was old news. I'll be reporting her to her licensers.

Every single time over the last 30 years you would think the staff would get so customer service training..nI go in getting copies of custody/support papers every so many years and they treat everyone like a criminal...nThe staff sits there and gossips about others and previous customers and they get away with this ..nEspecially the one with longer brown hair..nShe is rude ..

The staff treat the people waiting with such disrespect it is shocking. when working in a setting such as this one would think they would speak to people in a more professional and respectable manner, especially when I am speaking to them in a professional and respectful manner. The staff definitely needs to be retrained on their people skills.
