About Smiles Dental

I honestly love Dr. Svetlana Sampson, but today was a horrible experience for me with About Smiles. Basically my appointment was cancelled because they haven’t spoken to me for confirmation. I didn’t realize confirmation was a must. I thought I set an appointment and then show up to that appointment. So I waited months for my appointment and now have to wait two more months. If that’s their policy, okay fine. I can’t change that, but what I think should be changed is the attitude of the manager Jessica. She was very rude.

I went to About Smiles for the first time to have them look at some work completed by another dental office. I had the BEST experience while in their office. The staff is so kind and knowledgeable. I knew the minute that the receptionist answered the phone that they would do their very best to take care of me. I will be returning for all of my future appointments.

Dr. Svetlana Sampson is by far, the best dentist I've ever had. The entire team is wonderful. Highly recommended.
