We have bought many things from Kay Jewelers over the years. We have been to many different branches. We have had some great customer service here but not always on top of their correctness. We were supposed to get a ring didn't come in on time was even told they would get it in the next day. Never came in. Now I know that is the people they sent it to fault but you should never say you are going to have something in because I ended up having to wear a mock ring because it didn't come in as planned. Make sure you double triple check sizes. Mine came in to big and my boyfriend was to small and we just got the rings. Also please double triple check prices, discounts and the money you are getting back because some can not do the math correct. The ladies are all pleasant but some are in a rush and can make mistakes.

The biggest regret I have about shopping with Kay Jewelers is that their customer service representatives and sales people didn't have to deal with the sinking feeling I had in my stomach while watching my fiancee cry following the butchery that occurred to our engagement ring after sending it in to have it repaired for the second time (after the first time they didn't touch the bent prongs they had sent it off for). It didn't even look like the same ring. The comfort I received from the manager was 'this is the bad part of my job' while we were in the process of the return. We have been engaged for 5 weeks and the ring was only on her finger for about a week of that time. Thanks Kay, you have most definitely lost my business, and hopefully the business of anyone who does their research prior to privileging you with their patronage.

The staff is super unfriendly, rude and on top of that they don’t even acknowledge customers. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Jeannine at Kay Jewelers has been helping me for 8 years. From day one she has always shown me the utmost professionalism and has always looked out for my best interests. I highly recommend Kay Jewelers in Crystal Mall where Jeannine leads an awesome staff with that same approach. You’d be foolish to go anywhere else.
