Friendly staff, when their actually in the building. Their posted business hours on the door and on their voicemail are not the times their actually open too. Makes paying your bill very difficult when you can only be here at certain times. I've been with Holmes for two years. Pay my bill 6 months at a time. And of the 4 times I've been here they have been closed or out of the office 3 of them.
