E-mailed them yesterday and they were able to come today, very quick service and response.nTech wasn't sure what the problem was and seemed a little lost however after he called his boss , boss was able to come to help and figured out where leak was coming from! Even cleaned up before they left, very quick service , all within an hour.nPricing was average, quick note - have cash /check there is a fee for using card!nOverall satisfied with outcome.

I called and scheduled a service appointment for banging steam pipes. I was put on the schedule and received a last minute text the night before that they needed to reschedule. I made arrangements for the new time and then received another message that they canceled again. Meanwhile I had already taken time off work and they had the audacity to ask me to call them to reschedule. Huge waste of time these people. I canceled all service since clearly they have no concern for my time and my plumbing issue.nnEdit: There will always be emergencies. The mere fact I made an appointment was based on my good faith effort to work with your schedule in the first place. That good faith was once again tested when you rescheduled the night before. When you canceled after I had already taken steps to meet with you at the agreed upon time you made it clear you had no ability or interest to honor the promises you made. You make an appointment you should keep it. This review should demonstrate to your potential customers that you will always be willing to bump appointments over customers who have emergencies so don't even bother making an appointment. Never mind the time I took off work, the amount you were going to charge me, and the clear disregard of my schedule.

Amazing service, showed up early introduced him self and worker that came with him. Cleaned up after made sure everything was working before they left. Did the job in a timely manner. Highly recommend Q's Plumbing & Heating.

I called Q's plumbing because all the positive reviews i read online. The guys arrived late although very courteous and nice. At the start, they quoted roughly $450 for labor the install the hot water mixing valve for a radiant heated floor. I thought it seemed a little high because I would be paying both guys and it seemed like a one man job. About 2.5 hours into the installation, they were on the phone with the owner because they didn't know how to get the air out of the pipes after installing the new valve.nnThe owner come by and they start turning on and off the AC unit, to get the room where the radiant heated floor was cooler. After a couple few more hours it was dark outside they said they got it working and the owner said they will take some time off of the final bill. The total charge still came out to slightly over $1,000! I was like, might as well pay and thanked them for staying late. If they had a guy that knew what he was doing from the start, the bill would have been a lot less. Now a day later, I realize my AC unit is no longer turning on? WTH! If I could give zero or negative stars I would. In reply to the owner, I called first for someone to come out and turn my AC back on and you put me on voicemail, I left a message and was never replied to, what do you mean wait until I was behind my keyboard?
