They called me offering me the service to obtain the DOT Number and I payed them the same day and they told me I would get everything within 3-5 business days. It is now 1-1/2 months later nothing, I have been calling Phill every week he keeps telling me he’s out of the office and will call me back, and he never does!! the worst company to work with!!

I speak both English and Spanish, but I think what sets this company apart is the fact that they have reps that speak spanish! Also I was able to have ALL of my needs taken care of during my first encounter with this company. They set me up with my compliance, electronic logs, factoring, load board credentials, AND INSURANCE! Shout out to Jake, Mike, and James for making my life easier and being my compliance company!

They charged me $295 for nothing. I got a summons from DOT stating that I did not have paid any of my fees. I was able to skip a $5,000 fine because of their fault. I was instructed by DOT to call them and ask for a money reimbursement. they did a sort of tales and did no returned my money. I am now working with my bank to dispute it. They are scam. Do not trust them.
