Tetlow Builders LLC

Tetlow Builders is a great company with which to do business. Dave clearly understands the importance of doing quality work, and responding in a timely fashion to any customer concerns or questions. In my case, the tasks at hand were installation of gutters, installation of basement windows, and the replacement of a garage door. Everything looks superb. Tetlow Builders truly has the customer's best interests in mind, and I highly recommend them for any sort of home construction or repair job.

Our master bath had a crack and “springiness” on the floor in front of the shower enclosure.nI pulled up some of the tiles and the sub-floor and wood from the shower were SOAKED! And smelled awful!nWe initially thought it would need just some tile replacement; we contacted Dave Tetlow of Tetlow Builders LLC.nWe asked Dave Tetlow to come and take a look and provide a proposal for the repairs. He did and upon review of the damage he saw, we realized, due to his expert opinion, it seemed to indicate, our shower had been slowly leaking for quite some time, most likely years!nWe then contacted our insurance company and 2 other contractors to provide estimates.nWe were covered by the insurance (minus the deducible of course) and both of the additional 2 other proposals far exceeded Tetlow builders estimate.nWe appreciated Dave’s knowledge and his suggestion (he was the only one) to recommend the installation of The Schluter®-Shower System, which seemed the best way to repair and protect the enclosure.nWe also appreciated Dave’s demeanor much more from the other company’s salespeople we met, and felt a better rapport with him.nWe chose Tetlow builders, LLC as our contractor, they started the work and we realized that the scope of work had to be exceeded (which was covered by insurance as well) from the original estimate.nDave provided additional quotes and worked with us and our insurance company to get all the repairs accomplished.nDave and his crew did a GREAT JOB, were pleasant to work with and be around. Were respectful of our home (used drop cloths to walk on as to not track dirt into the house!)nThe work done by Dana Ken and Dave was top notch.nWe would hire them again, and in fact, have already referred him to friends and our clients several times.
