Building Submarines was a big part of my life. For over 35 years I have built and worked with Submarines and submariners. The history of these silent war machines and the heroes and historians that set their course during the times of need are truly interesting.nnThese men and women who operate these monsters are some of the Navy's brightest and smartest future leaders. This is Navy history at it's best and something you can truly be proud of.nnPride runs very deep in the hearts and minds of these individuals and, with good reason. The pride starts at construction and continues for life.nnFor those of us that served and are still serving, we are committed to protecting this country and the constitution of the United States for life. We took an oath and that stands for life.nnI highly recommend a visit to this Museum, share this history with the whole family.

I love this place because I got input on how the people of the USS Nautilus lived and survived and dealt with life and war on the ocean. I really like the view of the water I had taken some beautiful pictures of the area and the water. I have went a total of 3 times you are given a device to listen to and learn about everything on the USS Nautilus.
