Very busy, waited 20 minutes to order, then another 20 after I paid for my hot subs to get them. Food was tasty and staff was trying their best to stay organized. I am hoping crowds get shorter, I will not be able to come for lunch if today at dinner is the same that I saw today. PLEASE enforce mask rules. I witnessed customers without masks and those pulling them down or not wearing properly. We All deserve to eat without fear of our food getting any virus or germs on our meals.
Inconsistency may get the best of them. Like most Jersey mikes the person slicing the meat is the most important person, but not trained right. They cheat you in the meat, lay it flat instead of folded. Sometimes they might give you a decent amount like it should be and other times you get almost nothing. A jersey sub is supposed to have a nice amount of meat, not just a lettuce and tomato sandwich. Otherwise you feel jipped. If you think im wrong just look next door at Chipotle, they are killing it....much much better value. Come on Jersey mikes, start making the subs right, gett in completed faster or your gonna lose customers FAST!
This is a solid sandwich place for a great price. It is very clean and fast. The staff was top notch.
Pickup time 6:35 pm. Hot sandwiches sitting there for twenty plus minutes while waiting for two cold subs made. Left the story at 6:55. With four cold sandwiches. Don’t order online with this place or just add time to your pick up. And they don’t care if you say anything. Rather go to the one in Waterford. Staff is way more professional and never had a issue with the one in Waterford.
Great customer service, and the grinders are Awesome there. So far I can't complain about my business there. Definitely a five stars.
