An extremely well curated selection of wines, just step from the drawbridge.
Nice selection, but one thing really rubbed me the wrong way. Upon checkout, the credit card screen asked me to add a 20% Tip. I picked out what I wanted, and I brought it to the register. 20% tip at a liquor store? Come on.
Watch your receipt. I picked up a six pack. On the shelf it said 10 bucks, when i cashed out, it was 11.70. Gave her 12 and didnt even get the .30 cents back. So i paid 12 bucks for a 10 dollar six pack. You lost my business forever.
This is a great liquor store right in the heart of Mystic with fair prices on just about everything they sell and a huge selection of lots of spirits and wine along with solid options in beer both from local spots and nationally. The store itself is just a cool place with lots of character from the beer coolers to the tall shelves. I assume it might have been an old general/drug store, but maybe they just made it look that way. Either way really cool shop.
Great selection of local beer and an amazing whiskey section. Prices are comparable to other beverage centers.
