Bankruptcy can be a scary process, I’m assuming, for most if not all of those who go through it. David Favley is a top quality lawyer and human being. I had a case with him years ago and it was very complicated . He resolved it perfectly with the best outcome. He is a lawyer who is professional, thorough, knowledgeable, kind and is interested in the well being of his clients along with the legal proceedings. Recently I called him with a more minor problem but yet it was confusing to me. He talked to me on the phone and gave me a wealth of information to help me sort this all out. I felt much more confident about my situation . And not as worried. I cannot say enough good things about him. If you need a lawyer , he is the one to get.

Everyone was extremely kind ,friendly, trustworthy, professional & full of knowledge. At times I was confused and didn’t know what to do so I would call or email Sometimes within minutes I would get responses! They would simplify stuff for me when I was clueless.The staff (mostly Jessica) was so helpful it made the process so much easier.
