I have had my auto insurance with this office for over 16 years and have had nothing but great customer service with them.nI recently called to get a quote for a lower rate on my insurance and they found me one and set it up for me super fast. They even took the time to make sure everything went smoothly with the transition.nCote was especially helpful. When I had a small issue she quickly took care if it for me. She even made follow up calls to make sure everything was resolved to my satisfaction. She is definitely an asset to the company!. Very pleasant and professional!nI would recommend Massad to anyone needing insurance. They are awesome!!!!
