Spicer Gas really pulled through for me during the recent tropical storm & was incredibly helpful. I needed my propane tank filled for my backup generator during the power outage & they made it happen & delivered within 24 hrs! I’m so appreciative of the great customer service and will absolutely use them and refer them in the future.
We engaged Spicer to install a tankless water heater on an emergency basis as our water tank was leaking. Spicer’s team from their sales contact (Cory) to their head of service (Scott) and heir on-site team (Ray, another person who installed the propane gas tank) was so helpful with the selection of and installation for the tankless water heater at our house. We are grateful to them for making everything happen on such short notice, and making it look effortless and seamless to us. We know that it took alot of coordination to make this happen. The team was so professional, efficient, and quiet - I was able to have all of my work video calls, while everyone was installing the equipment.nnSo, thank you, thank you for making it easy on us....Please let the team know of our thanks and gratitude.
Spicer said they would deliver by 11/28 never did they also said they have “more important customers first” and they lied and said when we would have enough till monday no we did not

I purchased a Rinnai RU199 on-demand hot water heater from Spicer Gas. It provides continuous hot water and does not run out. The salesperson, Cory, was great to deal with from start to finish. The installation crew did a neat and clean job. I would highly recommend them.
