We just bought a new refrigerator from Shoreline TV & Appliance, our first experience with this store. Not only was the price good, but they were upfront about how long delivery would take in the midst of this pandemic. I appreciate that. They were excellent in the care they took to deliver our new fridge, as we have an old house with narrow doorways, and I just finished staining and varnishing our front door. They took extra care as if they were delivering it to their own house. Well done and a great experience start to finish!
Shore TV & Appliance was a refreshing experience in appliance purchasing. The salesman, Josh, was very knowledgeable, listened, and helped guide me to the best product for my price point. In addition I had a special delivery request- to transfer my old refrigerator to my daughter’s residence nearby upon delivery of my new fridge. And as promised, everything went smoothly. The delivery men were courteous, professional and efficient... the delivery experience was in stark contrast to a Costco Stove delivery 2 months ago.... I will never go back to Costco for an appliance again. And will happily return to Shore!
We recently bought a new oven because the old one broke. The salesperson was very informative and helpful. We had a specific model picked out but it was out of stock and backordered. He thoroughly checked their stock, including other locations, and explained our options. We ended up choosing the model we originally picked but I appreciated his efforts give us a choice and to get us an oven sooner. The backordered model came in much sooner than estimated and they delivered and installed it promptly and professionally. We were also pleased with their price matching program and delivery costs.
I called a few places for a decent size order and no one came close to how fast they were. Customer Service was outstanding and I received the refrigerator for my tenant next day. I will definitely use them for my own home and continue for the property I manage
Lovely people, very easy to work with. We had a delivery from a big box at the same time as our Shore TV installation/delivery, and Shore's installer saved us because the big box delivery crew couldn't do a proper hookup of a waterline. We are so grateful for his help. No more big box appliance purchases for us...
