Nice and clean. The folks at the counter are always nice. Just wish cab service would run later.
I have always had the most amazing, helpful, engaging, caring, informative experiences with the staff here, train conductors inculdued, except for one person consistently.. so I let her go, I received to much to carry that as well.nOne of the best things about coming into n leaving New London, a visit at this train station.
It's semi quiet, the trains are on time and the employees are nice. I just wish the bathroom were cleaner.
Beautiful station, make sure you are on the right platform, I have seen people miss trains.
Caught the Amtrak to the city a few times here, nice views
